2d Undtructured mesh around airfoil with boundary mesh
 

Dear colleges
I am trying to create an unstructured mesh around airfoil S809. near the airfoil, I want to create boundary mesh.

however I search in the internet, I couldnt find any tutorial. can anyone tell me how it can be created?

the following steps i did, but i doesn't work

1. input the geometry file
2. create the domain
3. create a surface for the domain
4. trim the surface by the airfoil curves
5. delete the surface which obtained by trim
5. go to mesh. create unstructured mesh
6. go to curved mesh setup and set the Height, Height ratio and number of layers.
7. compute mesh

Thanks for your attention in advance

From my little experience the number of layers you specify is for quad mesh. if you need pure tri mesh then don't specify number of layers. I don't know what problem you are actually facing..
