I created my mesh but forgot to associate my blocks to a surface. I now created a surface and attempted face -> surface association and now only 3 of my several blocks show as meshed. Ideas?

For the assosciation I selected the Part feature, selected all the faces, then selected my fluid surface (blue lines) as the surface part. Remesh generates the attached

fixed it. The trick was to assosciate faces AND edges.

I still dont know why my mesh shows as lime green though?
