Very thin annular space.

Dear Friends

I am facing difficulty in meshing. Details of geometry is like this

1) There is cylinder of diameter 154 mm of length 90 mm.
2) With this cylinder, an annuls cylinder of length 203 mm (of diameter 154 mm and 153.8 mm) is attached. So the annulur space is very less (0.1 mm) through which flow occurs.
3) There is small horizontal pipe which is attached to cylinder (point 1) from where inlet of gas is provided into cylinder. diameter of small horizontal pipe is 6.264 mm)

I am not able to mesh this geometry may be because of very small annular space. I am looking in any guidance how to mesh it properly.

Looking forward for any help
