Default Problem to select facing when updating geometry

Hello,

I'm using ANSYS Workbench 14.0 in structural analysis and here is my problem:

When I update the geometry from my CAD file (Solidworks assembly with 5 parts) all my contacts and loads have to be reassigned.
The problem is that for some faces I can't select them.
More exactly I can select them but when I click on "apply" in "geometry selection" field the faces are not assigned with the contact/load. Even if I build a new contact or a new load I can't use the faces that were used before updating geometry!
So every time that I change something in my assembly I have to rebuild the entire model!
Maybe there is an option to "repair" geometry or a trick to avoid this.

Has anyone faced this problem once? What do you recommend to do?

Many thanks
