Right approach for meshing

1 Attachment(s)
Hi all,
I am totally new to ICEM
For last some days I am trying to mesh different geometries.
Uploaded is a geometry imported in step format
I tried a lot but not getting quality mesh(>0.3)
Also when checking mesh lot of elements are problematic which I move into subset (I dont know what to do with this subset as they remain unfixed)
I tried diff. combinations of methods and sequences
Can u please tell me which is the right approach for this geometry
Any help is appreciated
if somebody expert can do this in lesser time, please reply by email
my email id : hhs999@gmail.com
Thanks
