Can somebody help me how to block the domain attached in picture to generate hexa mesh in ICEM CFD..

Have you tried anything? Have you reproduced any of the examples that come within the tutorials?

I've done the tutorials but i couldn't get a good mess that's the reason why i am asking.
i am attaching snapshot of block and mesh. the mesh is in solid and wire. how can i fix the problem |

That problem is related to association ! If you check the tutorials, there is a geometry that looks like what you have here. A 90 degrees pipe with a inner cylinder inside... come back to us when you stuck again !
