Ogrid not successful

All,

I am having problems running an ogrid through pipes - error msg - ogrid not successful.
My geometry is as follows-
Inlet-splits into a loop-combines again-Outlet ( 2 Y shapes inverted)
I generated the blocking by extruding the faces and when it splits into a loop and then merge vertices when they combine again.
When i try applying an ogrid it is not successful.
I tried renumbering, resetting ijk of the blocks - its still not working.
Is it because the blocking was separate and the ogrid does not see connectivity?

Thanks

there may be the association problem.

Thanks for the reply.
So are you suggesting that I completely associate all the edges/curves and then run the ogrid through the pipes?
I will try it out, but I thought association is not related to generating an ogrid?

Regards
DJ

Yes. Some times it makes problem or if blocks are not connected.
