Hello,

I have been working in Ansys Fluent for 3D flows over Circular Cylinder since 2 months and i am not able to get the correct values of Cd even for steady state till now.

At first i got Cd=1.9846 for Re=40 and when i am further refining the mesh on the cylinder and applying inflation the Cd value is increasing.

In literature the Cd value is 1.5.

I am thinking there might be some mistake in meshing so inorder to improve that i want to use TGrid but i am not able to import my mesh file to TGrid.

Please suggest what shall i do.

Thanks
