how to reduce maximum cell skewness

i am working on ansys fluent...i have generated a mesh of perforated plate but eacb time i check the quality of mesh the warning comes" maximum cell skewness exceeds 0.98." i have tried different minimum and maximum sizes of cell but unable to resolve the problem.....please if anyone knows the solution help me.....it would be a very great favor....please...

This problem is due poor meshing, try the following....
check for hexahedral elements in 3D or quadrateral elements inn 2D. Also check for the refining methods.

how am i supposed to do that?
i am using ansys fluent 12.1 and in ansys 12, meshing method can be changed and i have tried all methods one by one... i did not find anything where i can change the shape of meshing elements...
option of refining the hexahedrals is available in earlier versions of ansys but i could not find it in ansys 12.
if you can help in improving mesh quality in ansys 12, it would be so nice of you...

well I am using ansys 14.0 and there is lot of options available for improving the geometry.
let me know your geometry and I will try to solve it but keep in mind that it also depends much on how complex is your geometry.
You can mail it to me

Greeting to everyone ,,

I had the sme problem that Adila Anbreen has (maximum cell skewness exceeds 0.98)

how can I use hexahedral elements for my 3D geometry؟؟
