o-grid around ledge

Hey!

I´m using Ansys Icem R 14.5. I need to simulate the flow around the geometry showed in the attached pictures. Is it possible to generate an o-grid around the complete geometry?

I have already tried to generate an o-grid, but i´m having problems with the ledge. Does anyone know a meshing strategy that works for such geometries?

The zip-folder includes the geometry-file.
