[ICEM] Merging surfaces/creating surface

Hi guys!

I'm beginner and I encountered following problem:

How can I merge or create surface between those two elements ? I was trying to use option: "Create surface from 2-4 Edges" and selected 2 edges, but it didn't work. Is there better way to do this ?

There is a create surface from curves option so you can select more than 4 curves at a time. But I don't think it will actually work

. More complex geometry modification is much easier in CAD modelling e.g. DesignModeler, so I would strongly recommend you to go back to CAD. It is because of ICEM's surface based structure.

I second kad's comments. I am a beginner as well and spent quite a few hours banging my head against the wall trying to stitch and merge surfaces. I was successful a few times of deleting one surface and trying to extend the other to the curve boundaries but that was rare.

if you have just the iges file, you can use spaceclaim. It is handy tool...
