Hello there,

I've read few discussions about how to import an IGES, Step, .. file in Turbogrid. Here there is a useful guide I think: https://www.sharcnet.ca/Software/Flu...tg_output.html

however it didn't work for me. I have a single radial blade that I'd like to export to TG from Design Modeler but I'm not sure if it's possible.
I go to ExportPoints in the toolbar. The in the details table I select: Export type > turbogrid. Export to file > No. Blade info from Blade. Then I select the surfaces according to the short tutorial in the link I've pasted above. Apply. When I try to generate I get this error message:
Error: Failed to generate because of invalid property/properties
Context: ansFClientBMExportPts::Execute ExportPoints5
If you had already faced and solved this problem or you know what could be the source of this message please let me know. Thanks.

Also, I know that another way (or necessary way?) is to create a flow path first. So I've generated the inlet, outlet and periodic surfaces of the domain. when I try to generate the flowpath I can't select (and apply) any contours (hub, shroud, inlet outlet). Are the contour mean to be surfaces or meanlines? Sorry for the long message. Thanks for you help

You need to create curves in sketches (in ZX plane) for input, output, hub and shroud. Not surfaces.

Try to have the export file name short and not in to deep directories. Hope it works.
