gambit meshing

Hello,

I am trying to simulate the two phase flow at a turbine nozzle(water-air) and I have done the geometry(in the bmp file below).

I have some problems with the meshing of it because of the irregular shape of the nozzle.I want a more dense mesh across the two walls,to capture the boundary layer and I cannot figure out how to do it.

I would like a structured mesh,so it is easy to configure it later (make it coarser and finer, and also move a bit the nozzle to the right,to simulate a different operation point of the machine).

The 'face' at the left is for the water and the right one for the air.
Should I make 2 virtual faces to enable the implementation of the 2 phase mixture?

Thanks in advance
