3D Concentric and Eccentric Annuli

Hi All.

I'm working on 3D Concentric and Eccentric Annuli With and WithOut Inner Shaft Rotation, But so new of this field, So I need a help to draw this geometry by following the correct way as I did my drawing but got warning that the skew is High .

Any help will be appreciated
