Hi nnprashant,

Whether you are using Hex blocking or Tetra meshing?

If you are using Hex blocking you need associate blocking faces with baffle surface.

In tetra meshing naming it self enough.

Hi,

I would like to add something on bharath's comment.

In case of tetra meshing, we need to specify the baffles (zero thickness walls) as 'int wall'. To do this:

Before computing mesh,
Under Mesh tab > select Part Mesh Setup > tick on int wall check box against the baffle part.

This will make sure surface mesh is generated on the baffles or zero thickness surface (surfaces that have same material point on its both sides)

Happy Learning!!!
