ICEM CFD inflation (prim mesh) problem

I have this geometry as i attached and trying to make inflation layer in light green area (inner part) but i received error as in attached file. What could be the reason?

Hi!

Go to Mesh > Global Mesh Parameters > Prism Meshing Parameters. In the 'Prism element part controls' section make sure you assigned a body in 'New volume part'. If you have already, assign your desired part again. It should work then.
