[ICEM] Tubular inner mesh development

Hello all,
I have structured surface mesh and I import it to ICEM, to close the inlet and outlet, I follow this process:
Edit mesh=>repair mesh>mesh from edges>All Quad+Interpolation surface

the result is not satisfactory for me (figure 1)
Actually I'm looking for a better quality similar to figure 2 and figure 3.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions
