Prism layer failure

Hi to all!
I have encountered the following problem at the end of the generation of the prism layer
"worst TETRA_4 1.86963e-07
no orientation errors
writing out smoothed mesh
output file not written
cpu time: 22 hours 5 minutes 43.98 seconds
elapsed time: 5 hours 20 minutes 23.00 seconds
parallel = 68938.3 serial = 10605.7 p /(p + s) = 0.866669
prism finished
Application is finished.
Error: prism terminated prematurely"

I am meshing an UCAV configuration. I have first done the surface mesh with worst quality element of 0.4, the a quick delanuay for volumes, with a worst tetra quality element of 0.003.
When I compute the prism I goes everything well but at the ed of the application ICEM shows up with this error and there is no more possibility to recover the prism layer generated. Its frustrating because happens at the end and waste a lot of CPU time!!!
Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

David

Browse some of threads here to determine the best practice for generating prisms. There is lot of material here.
You really need to improve your tet quality, that value is very low.
Try fewer layers and see if you get the same error message.
