I am doing a mesh of a square box (Volume 1-solid) having channel inside (Volume 2-Fluid). The channel have several right angel turns inside the box.

I used GAMBIT 2.4.6 for meshing and I subtract Vol 1 to vol 2 and retain vol 2. Every thing is ok but when I try to mesh (HEX with submap) it says: Assertion failed in BppLongprt.cc line 20:0 while meshing volume 1.

Why it happens can any one explain??? How can I mesh?
