Unstructured Hexa Mesh

Hi,
I heared about the possibility to create unstructured hexa meshes in ICEM. But the source couldn't tell me how to do it, just that it's possible and could be useful in my case of curved transition duct. I coulnd't find any hint in the ICEM tutorials and manuals. Can anybody help me with this? Is an unstructured hexa mesh also created from a blocking (blocking does already exist, because I first tried structured meshing) or is just set by parameters like a "normal" unstructured mesh?
