[GAMBIT] Converting a 2d sketch to IGES

Hey guys

I have two files with .psd format (photoshop edited). It's side view of a car.
I want to import it in Gambit.
Can anyone help me change them to .IGES?

This probably could not be the best solution but I would suggest to import the image into autocad and trace lines/curves around the drawing, create surface, then save as sat, and import into gambit.
I think it will be quite difficult (if not possible) to import a photoshop files into cad/gambit.
