[ICEM] fluentv6 is not available in output solver

My ICEM edition is 15.0.
I want to export the mesh in ICEM to the .msh file of gambit.
I find that there is no fluent v6 supplied in output solver, only fluent v4 is available.

If I choose fluent v4, I can't find .msh file in output files.
