[ICEM] Segmendation Violation Smoothing

When i run octree volume meshing after the mesh is created, when the automatic smoothing starts, my icem crashs with a "segmendation violation" error.

When i mesh with delauney ( without automatic smoothing in the mesh algorithm) no crash occurs until i try to smooth manual.

I would normally just restart my computer, but sadly im connected via teamviewer, because im 300 miles away from the pc and the restart would cut my connection.

Im back at my workstation at 06.01.15 but due to time limitation i can not wait until then.

The segmendation violation is as far as i now a problem with my memory. Is there a "quick and dirty solution" to solve this error without rebooting my system and losing my teamviewer connection? Maybe shut down some processes in windows ore something like that?

have you check if you have sufficient hard drive space left ?

I found someone to restart the workstation

Now everything works again but i still dont know whats caused this error.
