hi dear friends as you see in the picture i have a geometry with 2 circular tube and between them is full of small circular tube diameter of big tubes are 50 and small tubes are 1.4.so when i unite these geometries and want to mesh gambit say out of memeory and when i make meshes bigger gambit meshes the faces and not mesh the volume i have problem with meshing this geometry whats your idea?what shoud i do?the number of small tube is about 600.
thenks alot dear friends

Out of memory error will occur if you dont have sufficient RAM to process the mesh....generally 1-1.5 gb ram per million cells is required...also if your geometry size is in mts. and your using mm to create mesh...such problems may occur...please check this problem...first generate a very coarse mesh to see no. of cells produced...and if it is huge then it's a RAM problem...then you are out of luck.....but still there are ways out......but first try the above...good luck!

thank you for yor answer i dont know is mm or m i work with the gambit default and when i use coarse mesh gambit say volume couldnt be meshed using cooper scheme and whith tetrahedral mesh it say couldnt be mesh without faces mesh successfully.suppose you ham this geometry how do you mesh it.unite them and mesh or another way?thanks alot

-mAx- will become famous soon enough
Gambit isn't working with unity.
You will have to scale your mesh later in your solver
You won't be able to mesh your geometry with cooper, since you don't have "simple" geometry.
For that you will have to split your domain into smaller and simplier subdomains.
If you want to mesh it with tetra, then you will have to fix your quality issue. Hence The tri surface mesh failes on one of your surfaces.
The question is why. For that check any info coming from Gambit (which surface is generating troubles etc...)
