Using a complex CAD assembly in Workbench

Hi folks,

I'm a serious CFD newbie, looking to model fluid flow over a CAD assembly with 100+ separate parts in it. I'm wondering what you guys would recommend as the best way to import/ simplify the model for eventual simulation in FLUENT.

I've read up on using 'shrinkwrap', do you reckon that's the most suitable approach for this case?

Thanks in advance. CAD render is below for reference.
