Hello!

Please, I need to mesh a pipe containing inner fins. If anyone can help me I thank you in advance. I want to mesh it with hexahedral me interested in the behavior of the fluid. The part with the fins is in heat flow and bottom isolation. Really will stay eternally grateful if I explain step by step because I do not have much experience in meshing. Attached File image and mesh my geometry.

GREETINGS.

hex is not necessary, you can just use tets with inflation which can give you good results as well, however if you really want to use hex you can search this forum, some time ago there was a very good post on how to slice a geometry to produce a hex mesh, it was for a U bend pipe but will apply to your geometry as well.
but again if you are new to the software just use tets with inflation

Thanks for answering hwet:

My project I did as you say, but I do not get the desired, make a post where I explain my entire simulation step, if you would be so kind to check out the link and you could give me your opinion:
