Does anyone have an approach for the attached geometry?

Here is the parasolid.

My thought was to block it and use hexa, but I am having trouble getting good quality with such a tight corner. I cannot figure out how to get a Yblock going for this configuration. My other thought was to use a free swept block of the protrusion.

Thanks,
