I am trying to create 2 body (solid and fluid) for this heat sink in the attachment. The pin fins are hollow in the center and this create problem in the fluent, the pin fin adjacent cell zone is associated with the fluid region. Any advice on how to create body in this kind of problem?

you have 23 pins, create 23 solid bodies inside, make sure they are separated from the fluid body. don't forget to check internal wall in the part mesh section for the walls of the pins. that's it

thank you, that solution worked for me. Can you explain to me why I need to check the internal wall in the part mesh section?

okay, I tried to compare between using and not using internal wall. When internal wall was used, fluent created fin:002 in the boundary condition, it didn't happen when i'm not using internal wall.

how can you create 23 body from this heatsink ? I have same problem that I create heatsink via Catia and export the geometry in design modeler as 1 body. how can I describe all these fins as a independent body ?

Yes, fluent recognize it as wall, although it also create fin shadow, but i think the shadow won't change the solution
