refinement in particular place other than edges(2D)

Hello friend,

I am working in ANSYS Fluent 14.5.I am a beginner to Ansys as well as cfd.I want more elements in particular place(red marked in attached picture).How to make refinement in interior part of a 2D geometry?

Draw a point or a small circular face over this area and use it as a "body of influence" in the "insert size" option in meshing.

Is that possible to apply "body of influence" on 2D? I can't do it . have you done it?
