how to define fluid volume even if mesh is produced on solid body?

hello,

I am doing CFD analysis of one fourth model of lp turbine up to first stage. i have modelled the exact geometry as per the dimensions.the model contains one row of stationary blade as well as rotating blades. i have produced the mesh on the blades also, along with the fluid domain. in fluent, i am defining all that solid blades as wall so that fluid shouldnot penetrate through it and it only passes through the fluid passage which gets defined between two blades.
But after defining the same, in the results, the fluid gets penetrated through it, so i am not getting the solution which i want.

i have tried the same simulation problem after subtractting the solid blades from the fluid volume, but mesh gets failed to produce.

so can anyone help me which philosophy and method should i have to use in defining the solid bodies in fluid volume for the better result that fluid should not gone through it??????

Could you show your geometry and mesh so I could try to help you?
