hey friends!

As you know ANSYS meshing suppress inflation for hexahedral mesh (mapped grid or pave grid) automatically!
Is there anyway to set an inflation in hex mesh?

Could you please show your geometry? Did you try to use Multi Zone method instead? for me it did work with hexahedral elements and inserting and without inserting inflation layer, and/or choosing inflation within the main mesh details with named selection.

Please, could you visit my threads and see if you can help too?

thank´s a lot.

Good luck

tnx dear Antonio!
yes, I tried multizone, but I need a structure grid and by using multizone a structure mesh switches to a pave mesh!
Is there any way for generating inflation for mapped mesh!?

and, i'm really sorry my friend! I haven't experience in FSI simulation
