Hi Everyone !
I am new to ICEM CFD. my thesis is about analyzing a 3 bladed ( NACA4415 ) VAWT. but since I am new to this software, i have some basic questions.

1- how can I Block my full sclae project correctly so that the rotating type be meshed much smaller than the static part?

2- how can I make the main circle in the images rotating ? for my simulation, i want it to be rotated

3- imagine that i blocked this 2D project correctly, is there any way to make a 3D mesh grid from that 2D. i mean can i transform my final work into 3D in order to analyze 3D project ?

for more info about images :

I used formatted point data to import my naca4415. then i rotated it 120 degrees and made 2 copies. then i drew a circle (my rotating area). then i drew farfield lines. i have not done any thing more.

I really need your step by step help bros. please help me.
Thanks.
