Meshing bifurcating pipe in ICEM problem

Hi all,

I'm trying to mesh a bifurcating pipe with hex elements in ICEM CFD.
The pre-mesh shows warped elements localized in the junction zone (see attached pics).
Does anyone have any idea why this happens?
I suspect that internal o-grid edges in the junction zone are projected to the surface, while they are not supposed to be, but I don't know how to verify or change it.

Thanks.

Check the image I posted. I circled the region where I think you have done the wrong bit and drawn in red is the correction I propose

Thanks, shereez.

I think I chose a viewing angle that is not so good, which made it look like some lines are aligned while they are angled.

Anyway, thanks for you prompt reply.
I attached an additional view of the junction zone.

Barak.
