Dynamic Meshing of a Valve in ANSYS FLuent 15.0

All,

I am designing a 2D transient flow through a ball check valve cross-section. It is a very simple geometry with a ball in the model that should translate vertically witht he flow. I have two concerns regarding the mesh used in Fluent:

1) I want the ball to translate linearly in one direction (up and down).
2) I want the mesh to be dynamic and change as the ball is moving.

All the tutorials I found are regarding older Ansys versions and there was no specific direction to how to decide on the best dynamic meshing technique.

Can anyone who has worked with Dynamic Meshing in ANSYS FLuent assist me in how to attack the problem? I have attached a snapshot of the geometry and mesh in Fluent.

Thanks in advance

AJ
