Multizone approach to mesh an premix swirl injector
 

Hey guys,

so here comes my first thread. ;)

Problem:

i am trying to mesh an injector with the help of Multizone (i tried it first with blocking but i thought multizone could solve it easier...).

Surface mesh looks fine, but when i try to convert it to 3D it fails completely.

Has anyone an idea, why this could have happened and how can i resolve this error?

Geometry:

It's a pipe and near the main air inlet is a kind of delta wing to insert a swirl.

From the downside of the pipe there led two pipes into the main pipe (the smaller of the two is in the bigger one, coaxial).

Okay, i am sorry, i found the solution by myself. I completely forgot to repair this geometry -.-
