hi every one
:confused:i done mesh for spillway as shown follow,i used body sizine with element size=0.5 and inflation 2 faces shown (i only want extract results in spillway) with first layer height =0.1, maximum layer=60
unfortunately my result have high error with experimental data, I've analyzed model for 4 days , finally today finished and i countered with high error in compared results.
could any one please give me advise.
thanks in advance

that looks like a poor mesh, what is the mesh quality, see the orthogonal quality n post that, use inflation on all walls, just to cover your boundary layer not like the one you have ATM

dear hwet thanks for suggestions, i doing your advise, i shown image of mesh orthogonality angle and flow over spillway, my flow have a wave as shown follow, whether this is from poor mesh?
thanks a lot dear hwet
best regards

this is not orthogonal quality, go to statistics it should be there, read some meshing tutorials by Ansys, google them
