[TGrid] How can I improve mesh quality in TGrid?

Default How can I improve mesh quality in TGrid?

I generated mesh using T Grid. Now How can I improve quality using Tgrid like global smoothing of mesh like that in ICEM.

I have tried auto node movement but not sure how to use that.

Moreover I opened the mesh that I got from tgrid in ICEM .. improved the quality in ICEM but could not get output file .msh
