hi
I imported a complex closed surface geometry as parasolid(.x_t) format, but after building topology my surfaces destroy and gets a gap.
is it important to build topology before start meshing?
how can I fix this problem?
I m not confident about my surfaces gaps,I use tolerance =0.01

build topology is important especially if you are going for patch dependent.

Try using a lower tolerance. As I remember rule of thumb - Tolerance = 1/10th of the smallest curve in the geometry
