Attachment 39546 and two pictures of blocking; Attachment 39548 and the scane plane; Attachment 39549 and download the blocking and project file from the link below from my dropbox. Or and also the mesh quality atm is 0.15 and above. so try to improve it and yes it can definitely be improved. I thought to leave it for you as you will enjoy it :D https://www.dropbox.com/sh/aee3qnmjo...EhgGrssWa?dl=0 Best regards Shereez :) |

Thank you for your reply and concern. The file which you shared does not contain two fluid zones. The difficulty in meshing arises when two fluid zones are present. At the junction of the connection you can find fluid zone1 and another one surrounds the fluid zone 1. So can give some suggestions/ methods to mesh the geometry having two fluid zones. with regards, Dhayananth K |

Dhaya you were right; when you try to put another block inside it gets all complicated; but when i disassosciated some faces and arranged the edges again ( after making a new part for the block which represents fluid2) the mesh seemed to be better. However , I am still unable to resolve this. hope some one else helps you mate I am too busy atm and do not seem to have the energy to think about this.
good luck anyway mate |
