Meshing with ICEM CFD for the mentioned geometry

hi i am new to icem cfd. i am trying to mesh a geometry where i have a curvature on a rectanglle block as mentioned below. can anyone suggest me how to approach it.

use hexa meshing - it does not seem hard to block

i started with 2D planar blocking and rotated to capture the curve but unable to extend it to rest of the geometry. is it right way to approach it?

Sidanna I will get back to you later this evening about how to block this hopefully. you can use 2d planar blocking and extrude it i think. but I like blocking it in 3d its really your choice

I suppose you could create 2 blockings - 1 block for the rectangle and 1 block for the curved geometry - Create an o grid with faces selected . Otherwise skew would be high and quality low for some elements.

Have a look at these pics for a mesh I produced.
