Troubleshooting Wall Inflation Issue for a 2D Nozzle

3 Attachment(s)
Greetings everyone,

Long story short, I have a nozzle design for given stagnation and ambient conditions. I need to now carry out a viscous simulation, having obtained proper inviscid results.

My issue lies in properly setting the inflation from the wall; with an approximate \DeltaY_{wall} value, I got an error when I attempted to use Meshing (see attachment).

So I figured I'd be better off generating the mesh in ICEM, with the following parameters:

Global Mesh Size
Scale Factor: 1
Max element: 0.0035

Shell Mashing Parameters
All quad
Patch dependent
Standard boundary offset type

Part Mesh Setup
Cross Section (Surface)
0.125 maximum size
Nozzle Wall
Prism
0.125 max size
1.25e-05 (\DeltaY_{wall})
1.2 height ratio
15 layers
This setup led to the mesh in the 2nd attachment.

The 3rd image shows where I'm having trouble (the issue also occurs at the outlet). I've tried varying the Curve Mesh Setup parameters for the inlet and outlet curves (based on some YouTube tutorial in a foreign language) to no avail.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Also, if there's a way to make the mesh a little more structured (and less dense towards the axis), while maintaining wall inflation, input on that would also be appreciated!

I didn't realize the thumbnails had low quality (couldn't figure out how to attach an image directly to the thread post).

For the ANSYS Meshing attempt:

Error 1: The following entities failed to mesh. The meshes of the bodies containing these entities are not up-to-date. However, meshing may be successful on the other entities.

Error 2: The following surfaces cannot be meshed with acceptable quality. Try using a different element size or virtual topology.

The errors refer to: Project>Model>Geometry>Cross Section Bodies>Cross Section

Inflation Parameters
1 Face Geometry scope
1 edge boundary
First layer thickness
1.25e-05 height
15 layers
1.2 growth rate
