Mesh Smoothing Error
 

Hi All,
I have completed volume mesh in ansys icem cfd. At the time of mesh smoothing operation I got an error of "segmentation violation-exiting after doing an emergency save"
Mesh - Tri + Tetra
Mesh Type - Quick Delaunay
Mesh Count- 300000
Please help to resolve that error.
