i have the problem to simulate flue gas desulfurization in exhaust gas stack.
i have been modelled the geometry using ansys designmodeler with geometry i already attached.
the wind inlet is 7 m/s and gas inlet is 5 m/s and then i simulate in fluent.
but the result from the first iteration is greater Y+ : 15000
My question is :
1. how to check Y+ in spesific area in my model ?
2. what aspect that inflence the value of Y+ ?
3. my mesh is good or not?

Y+ is only at the walls, also what do you mean the results of the first iteration, they mean nothing, you need to let the simulation converge.
