[GAMBIT] triangular geometry meshing

hi
i tried to mesh triangular geometry like the picture in gambit but i couldn't
any body know how i can meshing like that ?

did you try to mesh it with Quad / Tri primitive ?

is there any other software can mesh like that pic ?
or even equation for this mesh ?

right is a decomposition for havng full Quad /Map
