Default triangular geometry meshing

hi
i tried to mesh triangular geometry like the picture in gambit but i couldn't
any body know how i can meshing like that ?

not working
is there any other software can mesh like that pic ?
or even equation for this mesh ?

left is the mesh with Quad / Tri Primituve
right is a decomposition for havng full Quad /Map

hello dear..I test your mesh in the left figure,but my nusselt number is variant still..therefor what is solution?
