Hi,

I have rather simple 2D geometry of the flat plate in the wind tunnel. I would like to apply inflation layer around that plate, however the building of the layer fails giving a warning message: At least one pinch control has a tolerance below one or several scoped size control. Reduce tolerance or remove any pinch control(s) in close proximity of any such scoped size control(s), otherwise surface meshing might fail.

I am not using any manual pinch control and if I reduce pinch control tollerance in the mesh defeaturing section it has no result.

Thank you for any suggestions

Edee

Can you share the model. Meshdat or mechdat would work.
