Meshing a cylinder with ICEM

1 Attachment(s)
Hi everyone:

I´m trying to mesh a cylinder in ICEM by following this steps:

1.-Create and associate 2D blocking to a revolution section of the cylinder

2.-Create 3D blocks by 180 degree rotating :
-blocking, create block, 2D to 3D, rotate and unmark collapse axis nodes (to obtain structured blocks near the axis)

And i get a) (attached image)

That i want to do now is to modify the blocks near to the axis to look like the image b) instead of a). Could you help me?

Very thanks for your help, I am a beginner in ICEM meshing

I don't have experience with 2D to 3D blocking but I would just do it in 3D. Create an O-Grid and adjust the edges after the split according to your wishes.
If you don't know how an O-Grid is set up, please have a look at the tutorials. O-Grids are being used in some of them.
I also had a question about cylinders here. Maybe that helps.
