Cut cell meshing - inflation layer

Hi,

can you please help me with my mesh generation? :)
I have a small diameter inlet tube which leads the working fluid to a much larger open space and I want to create an inflation layer on the wall of the tube.
I want to generate my mesh with the Cut cell option.
Problem is at the transition form tube to the open space where the inflation layer dissapears.
I would like to create my inflation layer along all the tube lenght but I dont know how?
Thank you ;)

You can split the model so that the pipe and the open space are different domains connected with an interface. You can use growth rate (at the interface) so that there is no huge difference between mesh of the pipe and open space.
