This is Saksham Bhutani, final year IIT-BHU Civil Engineering Student. I have to do analysis of steel wire mesh on ANSYS.
I am facing an issue in meshing due to sharp edges. Its like 4-5 circular pipes are meeting at a point and sharp angles and edges are created which is restricting the structure to get meshed. Is there any way out? |

could you please upload a screenshot of your problem/mesh?
Are you using prism layers (inflation)? What are your meshing parameters? |

I am not able to mesh because of hard edges at intersection. Yes I am using prism layers. We shall use the meshing parameters suggested by u. As of now I have applied general meshing with given the size.
Also can u tell me how to apply mass operation like blend on all edges? |
