Default Enclosure and Geometry Setting

As Shown in the Screen shot the circle denotes the enclosure or Domain. But the placement of the geometry inside the enclosure or Domain is wrong because it is not present in the centre or middle of the enclosure Or Domain.......... So how we can set the geometry in the centre or Middle of the Domain??????????????????
