[ANSYS Meshing] Export ANSYS Mesh Setting

Dear all,
I have a bunch of artery geometries which I want to mesh them using same mesh topology and then model them by ANSYS CFX.
What I want to do is to:
1- Mesh one of the geometries and find the best meshing settings
2- Export the mesh settings to use for the next geometries
3- For the next geometries import the saved setting such that ANSYS starts to mesh it automatically. Then I don't need to do the meshing setting for all geometries from the beginning.

Please let me know if this is doable.

Hiya!

It is doable.
You need to write .JS file for your mesh and call it when you want to run mesh from Run Macro>Tools
You can then change your local sizing or inflation or even global mesh settings from the file

Hi guys!

what i mean is, you cant export mesh settings but you can create a .js file and put all your setting and run the .js file where you want and how you want.

To make a .js file, you need some knowledge of javascript, you can start with Help section and see how they tell you to create js file and use it.

Any specific function you are after once you are done with learning, you can ask again or search the thread for answers
